History of the Company

Emirates Techno Casting-Cathodic Protection company was originally established in 1998 in Ajman (UAE) providing Design, Manufacture, and Supply of sacrificial anode cathodic protection systems for Marine, Offshore, and Onshore asset protection. ETC had an installed base of over 20,000 MT of Aluminum and Zinc anodes in service.

An ISO 9001 company with DNVGL (B401) Type approval certification for Aluminum, Zinc, and Zinc-Magnesium alloy.

Approved by major Oil & Gas end-users and EPCs globally such as Saudi Aramco, Statoil, ADNOC, KOC, PDO, GASCO, ADCO, ADMA-OPCO, Maersk, RasGas, Petronas, Drydocks World, Emarat, L&T, Saipem, Kvaerner, NPCC, McDermott, LamprellEnergy, EIL, Essar Offshore, Heerema, Rosettimarino, Simederby, to name a few.

ETC-CP unit underwent a few changes of ownership in late 2000. It was acquired by Pentair in 2011 and later by Emerson in 2017. In 2018 Q4, Emerson exited from the Cathodic Protection business.

In 2019 Q1, Emirates Techno Casting Cathodic protection assets & talents were acquired, and Total Solution Industries was established in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Total Solution Industries-Cathodic Protection (TSI-CP) System business unit is a division of Total Solutions Engineering. TSE was established in 2012 at Umm Al Quwain, specializing in engineering, steel fabrication and machining.

TSI-CP business unit campus is around 4500 Sq. Meter with a manufacturing space of 2000 Sq. Meter.
