Raw Material Selection

  • Quality Control Personnel/ Lab In-charge inspects the raw material against the purchase order specifications and verifies the Material Test Certificate.

  • Aluminum Purity 99.86%

  • Zinc Purity 99.995%

Facility: Store


  • Fabrication personnel will do the design of mould based on anode configurations. Mean length/height along with shrinkage allowance shall be provided to fabricating personal as per the anode drawing.

  • Core shall be manufactured for every new drawing according to the anode drawing requirement. Core dimensional acceptance shall be as per tolerance limits specified in drawing/NACE standards.

Electrical Resistance

  • Electrical Resistance, Capacity Measurement Tests to be conducted.

Welding Of Steel Materials

  • Welding shall be in accordance with the relevant qualified welding procedure issued for each material specification and process in accordance with international standards such as AWS D1.1 and when necessary, such procedures shall be approved by customers.

  • Aluminum and Zinc Anodes are manu factured with standard procedures and following the health and safety measurements.

Quality Commitments

  • Optical Emission Technique is used for Chemical Composition to bring the perfect material specifications of the alloy conforming to DNV RP B401, ASTM B-418 Type II, US Mil-Spec 18001 K.

  • Electrochemical testing shall be carried out as per DNV RBGL401-2017 Certification.
