Total Solutions Industries LLC (TSI) is a high-quality sacrificial anode manufacturing plant located in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Equipped with modern facilities, efficient manufacture, and analytical capabilities, the plant has the capacity to produce 3600 tons of Aluminium and Zinc anode annually. The manufacturing unit is managed by well knowledgeable Technocrats who have 15+ years of experience in all aspects of anode manufacturing including Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality/Inspection.

The plant has the capability to produce Aluminium and Zinc sacrificial anodes in different sizes and different weight ranges to cater to marine, offshore oilfields, and offshore wind farms. Our product range includes ship hull anodes, flush-mounted, bolt-on types, long slender stand-off, cylindrical, bracelet, etc. 

We maintain a stock of standard commodity anodes. Being part of Total Solutions Engineering LLC, a steel fabrication company gives an advantage to the company for all fabrication/welding requirements of the steel core and molds. Application

Offshore: JacketAnode

  • Mainly Aluminum alloy anodes are used in the cathodic protection offshore platforms such as process platforms, wellhead platforms, flare tripod, etc.

  • TSI can supply jacket anodes in the range of 100-600 KG in cow horn or goal post type design with/without doubler plates

  • These anodes are connected to the steel member by a tubular pipe

Offshore: Pipeline / BraceletAnode

  • Used for subsea pipeline cathodic protection. Material is either Aluminum or Zinc alloy type
  • TSI supplies offshore pipeline anodes for 2”-52” pipeline sizes with inserts as per customer desired specifications
  • Usually produced in 2 halves and connected to the pipes by means of welding or bolting

Marine Anode

  • These anodes are used to protect Ship/Vessel structures such as ship hulls, ballast tanks, rig components, etc.

  • These anodes are either Aluminum alloy or Zinc alloy type ranging from 1-100KG.

Iron Anode

Magnesium

Pre-packaged Magnesium anodes are the most widely used for soil applications to achieve practical current output in resistive soil applications. The magnesium is available in two grades, high purity, and high potential. The latter is primarily for use in higher resistivity soils. Anodes are supplied packaged in a cotton bag containing a backfill to gypsum, bentonite, and sodium sulfate which improve performance by retaining moisture thus reducing the resistivity of the electrolyte local to the anode.

Cathodic protection monitoring system:

TSI Supplies an offshore remote CP monitoring system consisting of Zinc reference Electrode, Monitoring Anode, the Monitoring panel.
